Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Gadget Caelum (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Shipment Processing Times

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia): Estimated delivery time is [3 – 5 business days].
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [14 – 21 business days]. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller's control).

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.  You can track your package using the link provided.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions or significant logistical challenges.

Certain products may also face restrictions depending on the destination, such as oversized items or goods regulated by local customs authorities.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

For missing packages or delayed shipments beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs. taxes. etc.)

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
